Key Skills: Siebel Solution Architect, OSS/BSS Architecture-Telecom, CRM
JD:
- Should have good understanding of OSS/BSS Architecture
- Should have exposure on CRM domain
- Should have 5+ years of experience in Siebel out of which at least 2 years hands-on
- Should have expertise in at least the following Siebel functional modules - Order management, Customer management, Campaign management
- Should have implemented at least 2 Siebel implementations with at least 1 at a Telecom Service provider
- Siebel CRM functional knowhow
- Siebel technical knowhow (Should be aware of deployments, Scripting, configurations)
- Should have been part of transformation projects/data migration projects.
- Siebel 8 certified added advantage
- Should have good understanding of Siebel Architecture and Data model
- Should be proactive/work independently/and working in a multi-national setup
- Should be very fluent in English. German knowhow will be a plus but not must.
