Für unseren Kunden in München suchen wird ab September einen technischen Experte für RBA (m/w).The Run Book Automation (RBA) service is part of service delivery team which includes multiple services (e.g. Windows, Linux, Monitoring,…). The service is considered as a cross service which interacts with all other services to define, build, orchestrate, manage and report workflows that support system and application related operational processes.
The Technical Expert (TE) - Onsite is the key person to initiate, coordinate, built, deploy and maintain all types of infrastructure elements, such as operation systems, applications, and databases. Additionally he is the main contact for the customer in regards of any RBA related topics. He coordinates all activities with the customer and the offshore team.
HP Operations Orchestration 9.X:
- Good knowledge of Installation, Administration and Configuration
- Good experience in Flow Design and Flow Development
Operating System Knowledge:
- Expert Windows Server Operation System Knowledge
Basic Scripting knowledge for UNIX/Linux platforms
- Basic Scripting knowledge for Windows platforms
Other knowledge:
- Expert Knowledge in operation of complex infrastructure (e.g. MS Windows Server, RHEL Linux, SUSE Linux, MS Active Directory, vmware, Oracle/SQL database)
- Knowledge of ITIL (V2, V3) including Incident System (I3S)
- End-user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
- Basic SQL 2008 knowledge
Certification required (Optional):
- ITIL v2/3,
- P OO Administration and Operation
General Skills:
At least 5 years of job experience.
Customer orientation and understatement of complex customer processes.
Experience to work in complex environments / structures
SLA based working (Incident, Problem and Change related work).
Reliability and precise work, even under pressure. Solution and result orientation
Usage of documentation systems and processes (e.g. "OPDM,KNOVA,SOP")
Development of technical concepts, strategy formation and quality assurance.
Basic understanding of test procedures, -execution, -documentation.

Excellent command of written and spoken English
Ability to clearly express and communicate complex technical issues
Proven experience in working/leading an intercultural and distributed team
