Requirements/Role:

Minimum 4 years experience with Java
Switching to build once - deploy everywhere
Unify build process LAPs and B Directory
Switch from Ant to Maven and Ivy
Change projects from Synergy to Subversion
Cost study, meaningfulness per project
Development environment:
Maven integration
xhtml completion
Profiling
Authorization Concept for Cruise Control
Cruise Control Installations
