One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Developer (Java, Groovy, PHP, SQL) with ITIL
Please find some details below:
Tasks:
- Design of new processes/further development of existing processes
- Introduction designed processes including tool selection and support
- Definition of organizational process interfaces (agreements, templates, KPIs, etc.)
- Recording and documenting business requirements and processes
- Recording and documentation of technical processes in the railway environment and architecture management
Technical requirements
- Good knowledge of software and systems development, IT Operations (ITIL), IT project management throughout the entire life cycle (including tendering procedures and assignments distributed)
- Proven experience and success in software project management, particularly in the suppliers control
- Very good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process recording/identification, change management (increasing maturity of ad hoc processing to process-work)
- Good knowledge of programming Java, Groovy, PHP, SQL (postgres) to (further) development of web-based tools
