Introduction of Policy & Data Charging Services and Solutions based on a new PCRF platform within Deutsche Telekom. As part of this, some of the enabler system and technology experience will be preferred e.g. common functionalities for Fair Usage Policy, fixed & mobile environment, Roaming Controls (bandwidth throttling, pass control) and RAN congestion as well as basic IP transport and traffic management.Technical Engineering role on integration and validation activities for the introduction of a new 3GPP Policy Charging Rule Function (PCRF). Planning and execution of test cases including tracing and trouble shooting. Linux +++

GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE and IMS network infrastructure. Voice and Data services and associated Mobile Applications. Integration and Acceptance Testing of Telecommunication Services.
Basic Project Management ability and communication skills for internal and external communication, teamplayer, target orientated.
