Task:1) SVN/DMS:
? Create SVN or DMS Repository and set permissions on it (Needed knowledge see below)
? Set Folder permissions for HW Team in DMS: Needed AD Skills and also Visual SVN
? Support on common issues
? Tortoise issues (SVN client tool)
? Permissions to Repositories
? Support if a Server has a downtime (restart service or machine in emergency cases)
? Support on further issues ? depending on knowledge
2) TFS :
? Create and configure Urban Turtle Project/Team for SCRUM (TFS Admin and Urban Turtle configuration knowledge)
? Solve Problems with SAP-CRM replication (CRM Customer data)
? Administrate Permissions to access EHI Calls or SCRUM objects
? Backup and restore DB?s (4 times per Year, Weekend task)
? Solve Problems with EHI-TFS (C# knowledge needed)
? Support on further issues ? depending on knowledge
As a familiarisation the support in installation, configuration and documentation of SVN/DMS and TFS for a project is planned
Requirements (Must have):
1) Support 2nd level support for SVN/DMS following skills required:
? Apache intermediate skills
? Subversion Server advanced skills inclusive Authorization in SVN
? VisualSVN advanced knowledge
? Perl Script language intermediate skills
? Active Directory advanced skills
2) Support 2nd level support for TFS following skills required:
? SQL Server Administration advanced skills also SSRS & SSAS
? C# .Net development, WebService expert
? TFS Server Administration advanced knowledge (Setup, Permissions, Source Code, Build Process, Work Item Tracking & Reporting)
? TFS Workitem Tracking Customization advanced skills
? Active Directory advanced skills
General knowledge:
? Good English knowledge ?support requests from Germany and regions worldwide, documentation is done in English
Environment/Miscellaneous:
2nd Level support in the applications Subversion ? Sourcecode management, Document management on basis of Subversion Platform, Team Foundation Server.
EHI- TFS is our customer's issue tracking tool realized with TFS.
