Task:Support on FlexNet Publisher topics as:
? Analyze and solve licensing issues on the client as well as on the license server side
? License server setup
? Support customers on license service customization
? Support "big" customers on license management topics (pool extension, license generation, upgrades, etc.)
? Manage Internal license servers for our software products
Support on FlexNet Operations topics as:
? System users management (In the mid-term this task will be managed by the IdM solution)
? Support License entitlement tasks
? Support on License lifecycle topics (license rehosts, returns, upgrades)
? Manage and support interfaces between FNO and other systems (i.e. SAP P42, SAP CRM, etc)
? Support our internal customers on daily business activities in regards to licensing topics
? Support on FNO reporting topics
Requirements (Must have):
? Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a developer.
? Good English knowledge ?support requests from Germany and regions worldwide, documentation is done in English,
? Knowledge in:
o .net - good programming skills
o Know How of Client server architecture
o Infrastructure knowledge TCP/IP networking
o Preferably Knowledge of FlexNet ? Technology or FlexNET Publisher
o Java - Basic Programming skills
o Analysis skills and find creative solutions
o Communicative skills with colleagues and customers
o Fluent in English
Environment/Miscellaneous:
