- Define target process description
- Set up a transition planning
- Define governance model
- Prepare and conduct training
Requirements (Must have):
- Analytical ability, eager to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- College degree or equivalent
- ITIL certified and experience in IT Service Management
- Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with it?s basic principles a plus
- Language skills: English and German (very good)
