Task description
* Translate product requirements into concepts and elegant user design, interaction models, user flows, screen designs and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience for various online payment products
* Translate interactions into a complete user experience design specification or annotated prototype as a blueprint for development
* Conduct user research activities and work closely with the user research team members to better understand the user
* Keep abreast of design tools, techniques, accessibility standards and methodologies
Skills
* Long terms of industry experience designing interactions and interfaces for websites and applications, mobile and responsive design experience an advantage
* Solid working experience of key design tools (e.g. Axure, Omnigraffle, Adobe Creative Suite, pen and paper)
* Experience with international and localization design considerations
* Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills working within cross-functional teams in both German and English
* Experience in working in agile environments and methods (SCRUM, Lean UX etc.)
* Have practical experience employing user centered design methods
* Fluent in English, at least good in German

Project: full-time, no remote, 2 positions
