Working closely with a cross-functional team to assess product requirementsTranslate requirements into concepts and elegant user design, interaction models, user flows, screen designs and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience for various online payment products
Translate interactions into a complete user experience design specification or annotated prototype as a blueprint for development
Keep abreast of design tools, techniques, accessibility standards and methodologies
Be willing to challenge traditional design thinking and look for new and innovative ways to approach design projects and improve streamline the user experience At least 3 years of industry experience designing interactions and interfaces for websites and applications, mobile and responsive design experience an advantage
Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Industrial Design or design-related discipline
Solid working experience of key design tools (e.g. Omnigraffle, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, pen and paper)
Experience with international and localization design considerations
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills working within cross-functional teams in English (English = business fluent ; German = nice to have)
Experience in working in agile environments and methods (SCRUM, Lean UX etc.)
Have practical experience employing user-centered design methods
