IT Service Desk Analyst - Fluent in German & English - 1 month rolling contract - Hamburg -£Market rates
We are urgently looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide support to end users on a variety of issues through identification, research, and resolution of technical problems. Support is provided by responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests using best practices and department procedures for technical support.
Experience required:
*Previous Service Desk/Help Desk/2nd Line experience
*Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
*Ideally hold an Computer science degree would be highly desirable.
*Must be fluent in German & English speaking
*In-depth working know if the following technology's:
Windows Operating System Support, Desktop, Printer, and Laptop Hardware, HP Laptops and Desktops including HP Printers. Microsoft Office, PC Management and Patch Management knowledge and Image Design: Development/Analysis of PC images, using SCCM for deployment on equipment and BlackBerry, Smartphones and mobile device support.
