- Reference projects as Support Engineer
- Strong experience with the product "Salesforce.com"
- Knowledge of:
- WebLogic
- oracle Middleware
- SQL and oracle basis for application troubleshooting
- Experience with incident and change management processes
- Java skills to troubleshoot applications
- Application Operation experience
- Fluent English
