Senior IT Transition Consultants / Large Multi-National based in Central Europe / 6 Month Contract / Flexible budget up to €1150 per day.Multiple Senior IT Transition Consultants required in Central Europe.Williams McKinley currently have a number of urgent requirements for Multiple Senior Advisors/Consultants within IT Transition for 6 month contracts that are very likely to be extended. The end client is a very large Multi-National company who have historically had all their IT services managed externally by one of the big 4. However changes to the current way of working are on the horizon and they need a number of senior consultants to give advice on the Transition of IT Insourcing/Outsourcing and also the possibility of using a number of other external vendors. Current scope to hire is 10 heads in the next 3 months and up to 30 over the next 12 months.
We are looking for a number of consultants with skills in the following areas:
* Consultative experience on IT Transition from Insourcing to Outsourcing or vice versa.
* IT Transition, IT Planning, Road-mapping and Project Management including delivery.
* Consultants who have come from a technical background but have moved into senior level advisory roles (potentially starting from a design/architecture aspect, IT Project Management or Service Management).
* Consultants who are versatile and can suit one or more roles depending on the clients requirement.
* Consultancy must feel confident building key relationships with very high profile clients, customers and stakeholders. You will be required to present solutions as a very senior level and must provide evidence of this in your past career.
* Experience in IT governance, ITIL and ITIL cert, change management and experience on an IT insourcing/outsourcing project is also essential.
* A minimum of 10-15 years' experience is required (ideally broken down as 7-10 technical and most recently 5-7 consulting).
* You MUST currently hold an EU passport and not have any restrictions to travelling throughout Europe.
These are senior level roles with IT Transition and high level Strategic responsibilities, and career progression to Partner status is open to you within a short time frame.Prior experience with major enterprise-level systems is a must as is a proven track record in a respected consulting firm (eg IBM, Accenture, AT Kearney etc).
