Projektaufgaben:
- Order-Management, Level 2/3 escalation, drive escalations for NSRs and SRs
- Escalation-Management, Sev. 3/4 Incidents
- Tracking customer and the Providers/OI obligations
- Counterpart for Capacity Mgmt. in SME forum
- RU verification for LAN and WAN
Sie verfügen über Projekterfahrung in/mit…
- Manage and analyze production of Service Providers against IT performance metrics and outsourcing contract
- Effective delivery of IT services by Service Providers
- Steering and control of daily operational performance
- Steering and control of escalations together with Service Providers
- Manage and control of significant incidents and communicate EOI internally and towards business
- Contact to Service Providers for questions about service delivery
- Tracking open incidents, participant in weekly “delivery meetings”
