Position: Civil Works Coordinator - Mobile Telecoms - Contract - Dusseldorf
I am currently recruiting for a Civil Works Coordinator, this is a contract opportunity based in Dusseldorf; the industry is (mobile) telecoms.
As Build Coordinator you will be responsible for;
* Creation of the red pencil drawing, in coordination with customer to clarify with the owner
* Participation in BTB (with planning office, structural engineers, electricians)
* Recording and documentation (including photos) of inventory defects
* Display the inventory deficiencies with additional costs for customer display
* Creation BTB protocol rack layout, room layout, DC layout, lightning protection, power concept, each taking into account the occupational safety)
* Commissioning planning office for preliminary design (EP), including load comparison
* Expediting for the creation of detailed design (AP), including static/shop drawing/BOM
* Creation of a site-specific document for the GU/ASP
* Provides all necessary documents for the construction site to the GU/ASP (via SH)
* Material demand in Site Handler (SH)
* Expediting the deliveries
* Retrieve crane/boom lift in SH
* Application integration at the customer (eg by TTWOS ticket or list based on BEP)
* Review safety during construction (design by removing specialist)
To be considered for this role you will have;
* Building Surveyor/Civil Engineer with appropriate mobile experience
* Proof of altitude capability (G41-examination)
* Proof-altitude rescue exercise
* Proof responder training
