Business Process Analyst, with the ability to speak German & English, currently needed by a leading financial institution.
Your tasks will be:
Assessment of the administrational CRM system landscape used for contract management, sales support, billing and management reporting
creation of a strategic technical roadmap for future development activities
recommendation for data storage systems and for avoidance of redundancies, usage of standards
assessment of standard software vs proprietary solutions
review and input for Business Intelligence and Vizualisation tools
Skills needed:
- strong technical know-how with good understanding of business needs
- wide experience with CRM tools (eg SAP CRM, Sales Force)
- experience within the financial industry
- knowledge with database technologies (eg Oracle) incl. development
- multi-sourcing without data redundancy
- knowledge of Business Intelligence and Vizialisation tools (eg QlikView)
- several years of experience in the above
- documentation
- strong project managements skills
- very good English and German language skills
This is initially a 4-6 months contract (with option to extend).
