Für einen unserer namenhaften Kunden mit Sitz in Düsseldorf suchen wir eine(n) Service Delivery Manager (m/w) im Bereich Salesforce.com.
Tasks:
- Technical role supporting the PM on the delivery phase of our projects
Skills:
- Strong experience with global projects in the "Salesforce.com" area
- Network knowledge
- understanding of communication flows, troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of project management responsibility
- Coordination of the delivery
- Coordination of UAM activities, Security engagement, technical coordination activities together with the project manager assigned
Knowledge of:
- WebLogic
- oracle Middleware
- SQL and oracle basis for application troubleshooting support
- Preferred people already familiar with ITIL processes
