Creation, coordination and alignment of project-related technical
Documention for customers in German and English on the basis of
Technical concepts and design papers of the T2S implementation team
Creation, coordination and finalisation of discussions and Meeting minutes.
Preparation and review of internal discussions (agenda, tracking lists of activities)
Support of customer actions (workshops and roadshows)
Requirements:
German as your fluent language and good English language skills in speaking and writing
Business Analyst in the financial and banking sectors, in particular with good knowledge of the trade processes (clearing and settlement)
and the ECB's TARGET2 Securities project
The activity requires good teamwork and project management
Processes (reporting of milestones, risks and status)
Safe use of Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Viso)
Assignment:
Full-time from August 1, 2013 initially for three months with the option
Extension.
