Our client in the financial industry is currently looking for external support as Business Process/System Analyst (w/m) with profund technical skillsTasks:
- assessment of the administrational CRM system landscape used for contract management, sales support, billing and management reporting
- creation of a strategic technical roadmap for future development activities
- recommendation for data storage systems and for avoidance of redundancies, usage of standards
- assessment of standard software vs proprietary solutions
- review and input for Business Intelligence and Vizualisation tools
Skills:
- strong technical know-how with good understanding of business needs
- wide experience with CRM tools (e.g. SAP CRM, Sales Force)
- experience within the financial industry
- knowledge with database technologies (e.g. Oracle) incl. development
- multi-sourcing without data redundancy
- knowledge of Business Intelligence and Vizialisation tools (e.g. QlikView)
- several years of experience in the above
- documentation
- strong project managements skills
- very good english and german language skills
