Quality Manager
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of international standards for Quality management ISO 9001/TickIT
- Knowledge of international standards ISO/IEC 20000 for service Management
- Knowledge of IT process modelling
- Fluent English is a must
- Knowledge of ITIL best practice v3 preferred
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
- German language is a plus
My international financial client based in the Frankfurt area is now seeking an experienced Quality Manager. Your responsibilities will include creating process workflows adhering to existing process-oriented quality management systems (international standard ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO/IEC certification for IT service management). You will also be involved in the preparation of the Service Improvement and Quality Improvement Plans.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 1 Jan 2014 with a possibility of an extension
Rate: Negotiable
