Quality Managers currently needed by one of our clients Based in Frankfurt.
Your duties will include:
Support of activities in the design of an IT Quality Assurance Framework:
Preparation of internal audits within the IT
Review of modelling, use of a tool for comfortable
Creating process workflows in the context of an existing process-oriented quality management system according to the international standard ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO/IEC certification for IT service management.
Support for documentation and update already certified processes
Participation in preparation of the Service Improvement Plan and of the Quality Improvement Plan
Participation in an initiative to 'lessons learned' in the interaction of quality and knowledge management.

In-depth knowledge of international standards for
Quality management ISO 9001/TickIT
Practical knowledge of the application of quality management within the IT
Knowledge of international standards ISO/IEC 20000 for service Management
Knowledge of IT process modelling
Safe handling of modelling tools
English as a working language

Knowledge of ITIL best practice v3
Insight into knowledge management applications (including wikis and their templates and options)
