Job Title: Contracts Manager
Task Description:
Reporting to the CEO, the position of contracts manager holds responsibility for all contracting aspects of the business as well as for on-going relationships with suppliers and customers. Documentation is written in English, therefore spoken/written English is essential. German language is also necessary to be able to effectively communicate at all levels.
Responsibilities in detail:
*To write, manage and change contracts to the best achievable business advantage
*To support during negotiations of contracts
*To prepare proposals where required for future business
*To liaise with customers/suppliers if required
*To evaluate customers needs
*To prepare reports
*To establish and maintain an auditable system that shows traceability of process application
*To deliver within agreed schedule and allocated budget
*To support other Department in contracting matter to deliver their accountabilities
Qualification:
*Background in Avionic Software/Hardware engineer and/or Business Administration
Desired experience:
*At least 5 years experience as a contract Manager
Languages:
*Native English speaker
*Fluent in German
*Good knowledge in French (Beneficial)
