You will work in an international environment at our customers’ site. You will support our service line life science by bringing in your broad experience in life sciences research.Responsibilities
• Manage business processes in various areas and Governance Workstream
Necessary Skills
• Multiple Year experience (10+) in defining and implementing business processes in various
areas including System & Service Management (e.g. ITIL) , SDLC and Governance/Organizational processes (ideally ICE, IGM Framework)
• Process, Data and application architecture management skills
• Experienced in implementing various tools in IT environment (e.g. incident/problem/change Management, training management, Document management, etc.)
• Knowledge of various process and quality management frameworks/methodologies/notifications/ concepts (e.g. SixSigma, Lean, Catalyst, PMI, Prince, ITIL BPMN, etc.)
• Project Management skills (also likely to manage the Governance Workstream)
• Good Knowledge of GxP environments and general Quality aspects in the pharmaceutical industry
• Available 100% as from now
