Tätigkeit:For one of our customers in the banking branch in the Rhine-Main-area we are looking for a PMO Specialist (f/m). You shall support the project manager in the following tasks: Project-/ budget-/ resourceplanning, forecasts, create/update MS Project Plan, process of on-/ offboarding, tracking of actions/ risks/ issues, preparation of meetings, and create presentations. The following knowledge is a must have: Industry Knowledge (Banking) - basic, Financial Management - advanced, Managing Complexity - advanced, Project Management & Project Governance Know-how - advanced, Quality Management (QMS 5.1) - basic, and Financial tool (BEN) - basic. Nice to have are: Risk Management - basic, Project Management tools (PMT/MS Project) - basic, and SAP Authorization Management - basic. Very good English knowledge is also necessary.
