For one of our clients we are looking for a iQbonds expert: functional analystMain Task:
Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting the Fixed Income business, gathering functional requirements and translating them into the technical solution. The FA is able to provide regular reports on the activity progresses, has a solid business analysis background together with a strong technical aptitude, focused on iQbonds suite.
Task Description:
His/Her main activities will concern the:
• 2nd Level Support, to be intended as the daily user support, entailing:
o files and folders management,
o log parsing and analysis,
o checks on up&running processes,
o troubleshooting,
o system monitoring,
o trouble ticket creation and documentation, incidents monitoring.
• 3rd Level Support, to be intended as the enhanced support, entailing:
o liaising with software vendor, in order to model the solution,
o design and plan the solution

Platform architecture;
Release management support;
CM / code management;
Testing
Language Abilities: English (mandatory); German (optional)
