Qualifications
University degree in business administration or comparable education comprehensive IT knowledge Many years of professional experience in IT, preferably in IT infrastructure Know-how in ITIL and ISO certification Customer and service orientation Teamwork and cooperation skills
Experience in an international company and in working with cross-functional teams Fluent langu age skills in German and English
