Projektkurzbeschreibung: Temporarily fill in Service Manager role for Partner Relationship Management temporarily due to Paternity/Maternity leave. Engagement will include a rampup as well as rampdown surrounding the 3 month leave.Experiencelevel: Senior Consultant
Aufgabenbeschreibung: Solutions supporting our Partner Management business based on CRM 7.0 (especially Loyalty Management).
Tasks of a Service Manager would be:
- Manage service delivery from the IT Service Partner to support the LoB 19s according to the agreed KPIs in service area
- Manage the committed project portfolio into the RUN organization.
- Drives continuous improvement of the service engagement in terms of operational efficiency, reducing TCO, support quality and customer satisfaction.
- Perform customer engagement with stakeholders for IT application operation.
SAP-Kenntnisse: CRM Sales - Loyalty Management professionell
Programmiersprachen: SAP ABAP OO and CRM WebUI ability gut
Projektsprache: English
Sonstige Kenntnisse: Organizational Talent required.
Excellent English and communication skill required.
