For one of our clients we are looking for an IT Technical project coordinator (m/f) - (ANÜ = Arbeitnehmerüberlassung = German Law on Labour Lending).• Manage the project to replace the existing Monitoring and Service Management tools by the newly purchased HP System and Service Monitoring and Management product suite (HP Service Manager, HP Operations Manager etc.).
• Performance of a deep analysis to fully understand the implemented infrastructure, capabilities, processes and operation.
• Establishment of a System and Service Monitoring and Management vision/concept for the planned implementation of the selected HP Enterprise Monitoring and Management platform product suite (including communication, liaison with and approval by various IT and Business Area stakeholders).
• Support of recruitment of integrator staff.
• Establishment of migration and integration plan for existing Business and Technical services into the new Enterprise platform.
• Coordination of design and preparation of Enterprise platform architecture and high level as well as detailed implementation plans.
• Coordination and support of technical platform installation, integration and configuration.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in developing and implementing service and systems management and monitoring concepts and processes following best practise, i.e. ISO processes.
• Proven experience (8+ years) of IT Service Management processes and best practice (such as ITIL), in particular in the areas of problem, service level, availability, capacity, incident, problem and change/release management would be an advantage
• Proven experience in developing, supporting, administering and maintaining mission-critical Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) environments including problem solving, performance tuning and capacity planning
• Proven experience with system and service management tools such as HP Service Center suite, CA eHealth, or CA’s Spectrum or IBM’s Tivoli etc.
• Desirable: Proven experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) tool: Marval Pursuit / Trakit
- ITIL V. 3 certification (ITIL Expert level) would be an advantage.
