For our customer in Zurich we are looking for immediate support. For a six month project we are looking forBusiness Analyst / Solution Designer (1453)
Task Profile and Responsibilities
Business Requirements review (20%)
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with the existing and new Customers experts to analyse information needs and functional requirements.
• Review the Business requirements documents, use cases and process designs
Solution Design (40%)
• Close Collaborate with Middleware developers and application SME’s to establish the technical solution
• Build the required functional specifications, like Process flow diagrams or Mapping rules for interfaces
• Guide Applications SME’s and Developers during the setup & implementation process and perform continuously reviews
Quality control and testing (20%)
• Perform functional software testing before UAT in order to ensure that developments fit’s solution design. Review basic results before the product is handed over to Business for final sign-off
• Support the business users during software testing in UAT environment
Process Integration into BAU teams (20%)
• Identify the required operational Tasks (Service & Standard requests resulting from this solution), document those and create the required process / information templates
• Handover and ensure know-how transfer to the Operational team’s and Application SME’s
Qualifications
• Deep knowledge of Accurate NXG (former Accurate, later Checkfree) from FiServ, with all it’s possibilities and features
• 5+ years’ experience working for a financial services firm in Business Analyst role, project management experience a plus
• Ability to perform simple programming tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including strong Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with business & technology and subject matter experts
