Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Product Development Analyst (m/w)
Purpose:
• Define, consolidate and write the business requirements for MBO products based on meetings with customers or other internal teams.
• Validation of the requirements and writing of the functional analysis / specification.
• Support the developers in the technical analysis writing and coding process.
• Creation of functional test scenarios and execute functional tests
• Acceptance of the development project by processing validation tests
• Keep the industry knowledge up to date.
Requirement gathering and validation:
• Collect all information related to the business need and case.
• Validation with all parties of the requirement documents: customer, product management…
• Functional manual testing of all new developments and production bug fixes
• Interface with relevant departments to identify interaction with other Amadeus packages and assure functional compatibility
Writing of the functional analysis:
• Writing of documents that describe all details of the functionality to be developed and provide valid real-life scenarios. Attention must be put on the user-friendly and usability of the projects.
• Document the test strategy and objectives for validating the new functionalities.
• Creating functional test cases
Support:
• Support the development teams during the technical analysis phase and coding phase by providing the necessary explanations.
• Provide recommendations to the development team.
• Support Product Management and local Amadeus Offices (ACO’s)
Integration:
• Process with the necessary tests to validate the development done prior to the Quality & Assurance phase.
• Work closely with the developers for any rework jobs.
Communication
Provide a regularly reporting to the team manager as well as to the team in the scheduled team meeting
• Good understanding of the travel agency and airline industry
• Good understanding of IT – technical capabilities
Business Skills:
• Global business acumen
Professional Skills:
• Understanding the European travel business and industry
• Deep knowledge of the European travel agency operations (workflows, administrative procedures)
• Knowledge of Mid-Back office systems such as Amadeus Agency Manager (ACE)
• Knowledge of other Amadeus Products is an asset
• Knowledge of accounting is an asset
• Design skill set (analytical, object-oriented design, iterative development)
Industry/CRS specialist (focus on business travel):
• Detailed knowledge of CRS/GDS system(s)
• Deep knowledge of Mid- / Back-office systems used in business travel agencies
• Knowledge of PNR content relevant for Mid- / Back-office systems
• Knowledge of CRS interface record such as AIR, MIR
