Credit Analyst (m/w)
Task description:
* Writes credit reviews complete with supporting documentation and makes credit recommendations
* Processes transactions in accordance with the credit authority matrix using minimal information under time constraints
* Interfaces with customers to resolve credit related issues, including on-site visits as appropriate
* Develops and promotes programs and practices to support and enhance Originations and Operations
* Fully assesses the risk of the transaction submitted in line with the Group credit policy
* Writes up proposals in the appropriate format, emphasising the risks and mitigants of the proposal and demonstrating reasoned logic for the justification
* Undertakes duties designated by the Country Credit Manager, including the compilation of reports and information for customers and other departments and working with Management to refine credit policies and procedures
Skills:
* 2+ years experience in underwriting
* Developed financial and credit analysis skills
* Ability to gather, monitor & document data
* Knowledge of credit principles, practices and law
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Strong PC skills
* Attention to detail
