For one of our clients we are looking for a Teradata_RDBMS_Architect.Job Description:
Complete set-up of new datawarehouse, industry: logistics/transportation
Relevant aspects: Data Integration, Data Management, RDBMS platform, Reporting Frontend
Main task:
-> large scale datawarehouse end to end design (data integration, Data Management, database layer design, BI-Tool integration)
Especially the following area will be relevant for the role:
-> XML format conversion to relational structure
-> near real-time procesing
-> metadata management
-> metadata driven processing
-> skilled in „Designed for performance
-> conception of infrastructure, Fail-Over/Desaster-Recovery
-> proven product experience (Teradata)
-> proven experience with ETL tools, especially Informatica
Requirements:
Deep Teradata skills, Database design, Database optimization, End to end design, Metadata Management, Microstrategy, Informatica
Nice to have Skills:
Industry know-how: Logistics
Language Abilities: German, English
Location: Bonn
