Service Manager:
My client is a market leader in their industry.
Responsibilities
Manage and analyze production of Service Providers against IT performance metrics and outsourcing contract
Ensure effective delivery of IT services by Service Providers
Steering and control of daily operational performance
Steering and control of escalations together with Service Providers
Primary point of contact to Service Providers for questions about service delivery
Tracking open incidents, participant in weekly "delivery meetings"
Act in the following operational arias
Incident/problem/service Mgt
Qualifications
University degree in business administration or comparable education
comprehensive IT knowledge
Many years of professional experience in IT, preferably in IT infrastructure
Know-how in ITIL and ISO certification
Customer and service orientation
Teamwork and cooperation skills
Experience in an international company and in working with cross-functional teams
Fluent language skills in German and English
