Location: Berlin, Germany.
Description:
• Manage application packaging process (intake, send package to supplier, technical test, Coordination User Acceptance Testing, Deployment)
• Distributes application in SCCM environment/ update SCCM servers with new packages and remove old software
• Align licenses with SW-Center / handling licenses and software with those responsible, make sure we are aligned before release Planning and performing mass deployment
• Preparing offers based on estimated workload for application
• Incident management, problem management, change management
• Qualification needs and competences
• ITIL v3
• Microsoft Windows desktop Support
• Microsoft Office 2003 and higher
• Active directory
• NTFS / DFS
• Network Connections / protocols
• SCCM 2012 certified
• Virtualization (Citrix), App V and Thin App
