Senior Project Manager Online and Re-Organization, in Berlin, ASAP

Ihre Aufgaben:Project Start and duration: asap for 6 months, location: Berlin

Tasks: Part of this project are 3 different fields of responsibility:

1. Consulting service for the Business Units concerning the introduction of Online Services (20%)

• Close communication with the responsible contacts of all Business Units
• Examination of the feasibility of Online Projects regarding the current and country specific situation
• Co-ordination with all Business Units concerning how to work, milestones, agile Change Management processes and budget

2. Team Lead (20%)

• Responsible Team Lead for approx. 5 team members in Berlin to co-ordinate objectives, be available in case of escalations, take care whenever there are obstacles.

 3. Project Manager Online (80%)

• As  Project Manager Online you should be an expert in running Online Projects in volatile environments using agile techniques bringing people of Marketing, Online Capability and IT together to deliver the online project.
  • Management of the whole Online project life-cycle from Business Case to Post Project Review following the customer’s methodology of project management
  • Secure the adherence of all projects in the portfolio to the project management methodology
  • Negotiate necessary sourcing and delivery contracts
  • Ensure an agile approach
  • Project administration and status reporting

Ihr Profil:

• deep experience in online projects
• Good communication and people skills
• Work structured and pragmatic
• Handling of volatile environments (like a fish in the sea)
• Good knowledge of SCRUM/Agile
• Project Management skills
• Basis knowledge on HMTL, CMS, AJAX etc
• Experience to be a Team Lead and how to motivate a diverse project team to deliver a good result
