Role: Project Manager- CMDB- German Speaking
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Skills & Description:
- PM will be responsible to define the project and justify the business
- Define & write configuration management policies and procedures.
- Should have at-least 3+years of CMDB or Change Management experience
- Experience dealing with suppliers in a multi-supplier environment.
- Good experience of process analysis, data gathering, and process modelling.
- Experience in ITIL CMDB and ITIL Service Management is a Plus
- Configuration Management or ITIL Service Manager Certification Strong technical background in Network and systems design, maintenance and support.
- Must have strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
- Plan and manage project budget and coordinate with stakeholders for approval
- Create project plans, review project documentation to meet SLA and process
- Track project spend against budget, escalate actual or potential deviations
- Take necessary steps for changes on project plan, request for budgetary changes, etc
- Work with different stakeholders internally and follow the standard processes
- Working in a project for update and baseline CMDB
- Provide post-implementation reviews and corrective research
- Working to define and review configuration management process and KPI's ( Key Performance Indicators)
- Working to enhance configuration & change management processes
- Managing & implementation configuration management and CMDB( Configuration Management Database)
