For our client, located in the ares of Mannheim, we are searching for an experienced SAP IDM Consultant (m/f).
Start: ASAP
End: End of November 2013 or longer
Duration: Fulltime until end of November 2013 or longer

Context: Help in building a synchronization tool and a data migration tool between the IDM 7.1 and 7.2 systems.
Tasks:
- Implementation of SAP Identity Management solution during PoC,
- Pilot or implementation projects Interaction with application/system teams that manage major user repositories to gather requirements,
- design and deliver the IDM solution Development of provisioning framework based user access and business requirements for employees, contractors, customers or third parties.
- Ability to integrate other tools for access remediation (de-provisioning of user access) in systems
- Create and maintain documentation for user access management, provisioning, security related activities and metric reporting.
- Implemented & supported trusted & target system reconciliation within Identity Management
- Modification to end-user/administrative web interface (Existing code base modification only)
- Configuring, customizing and enhance performance monitoring for SAP Identity Management and its components
- Custom connector retrieval,
- reconciliation of user identities from all the above platforms Provisioning/De-provisioning of user identities in all the major applications
- Enable Self-Service Provision for account password reset and account request for end users.
- Provide reporting functionalities for all the required SAP IDM objects, figures, and configuration of approval workflow.
o 5+ years of User Access Management and Compliance Manager experience with a focus on SAP IDM
o 3-5+ years experience in designing and deploying IDM solutions, including experience with User management/User provisioning solutions implementations.
o At least 2-3 year hands on experience in Java coding and debugging
o Hands on experience in authentication methods, access management and SSO methods
o Experience in Architecture and design with Webservices integration
o Demonstrated experience with all phases of the system development life cycle at an enterprise level
