concrete ideas and recommendations how to improve existing models and concepts focussed on predicted individual customer profitabilty and predicted customer life time, Implementation and documentation of new statistical models; in detail: review current concepts of prediction for campaign KPIs; further develop existing lifetime models; develop new statistical models for specific customer types and product types; develop and implement scorecards based on a standardized process;

Erforderlich:
University degree in statistics or similar field of studythree or more years of experience in business intelligence or statisitcsdeep knowledge of modelling by using statistical tools, preferably SAS Enterprise Guide / Enterprise MinerSQL, PL/SQLgood understanding of relational database conceptgood understanding of ad hoc and automated marketing and campaign processes
