Transmission Consultant - GermanyTransmission Consultant is needed on a contract basis in Germany.
Manning Global is currently looking for a Transmission Planning Consultant to start immediately for one of our clients, a leading international Telecommunications Company in Germany.
Ideally the consultant must possess strong Microwave and Transmission planning experience and is able to define transmission processes.
• 5-7 years experience in transmission design & planning
• In depth knowledge of microwave link planning and design
• Experience with Tools like Visio, Aris
• Site connection planning / assignment of STM1 (Iub)
• Capacity planning RNC, IP Interfaces
• Link capacity definition 1xE1..4xE1, EThernet
• ATM / IP parameter definition, Site survey participation
• Ensuring that all agreed process and procedures are followed
• Project planning, Forecasting of additional capacity needs MCS and PP15k-switch
• Good experience with Net-X or Cramer tools
• Good knowledge of Ethernet protocol
• Fluent oral and written English skills, German is an asset
