We are currently seeking 2x desktop support engineers to provide Win7 rollout support to one of our clients based in Frankfurt.
The successful candidates will be based withing a commutable distance of Frankfurt, as travel and accommodation expenses to Germany will not be offered.
Day to day duties:
- Support end-users on Win7 related questions and issues
- Verifying with end-user whether Win7 migration completed successfully and getting end-user's sign-off
- Knowledge of Windows 7 build
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Technical IT knowledge
- Experience with hardware and software issues
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent conflict management skills
- The ability to priorities and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of migrations & projects
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Experienced in end-user support function
Please note there are other regions we are looking to cover: München, Nürnberg, Stuttgart and Hamburg, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Köln and Bielefeld (travel expenses between those regions will be covered)
