Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technology Lead (m/w) für Sicherheitssysteme.Aufgaben:
- Understands clients business needs and requirements
- Resolves issues in an appropriate and timely manner
- Understands organization's vision, goals and strategies
- Aligns priorities appropriately and determines critical success factors
- Manages change and encourages innovation. Open to new ideas.
- Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures ? with particular focus on computerized system validation
- Assists in managing external service delivery team
- Acts as a technical expert resource for the external service delivery team in resolution of difficult issues
- Guides development efforts, often leading a team of software engineers in configuration of correct solution
- Ensures development, testing and documentation are conducted following GXP practices
must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, business, information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served
- IT experience in a large or mid-size company, preferably in Development IT area
- Broad expertise in the field of IT, including infrastructure and application technologies
- Experienced implementation of large IT projects
- Application support
- Vendor management
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working in a global environment with a disbursed team
