Project:

- PM Services for an encouragement of Project- and/or Program manager
Role/Skill/Task:
- experienced project manager
- There is a need for a PM for the project GATES.
- Good experience in managing of various phases of projects at global level in multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work out detailed project plan, coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders on pro-active basis
- Conduct project meetings and preparation of reports
- Good knowledge of chemical client's organization, processes and project management BPMF (MUST)

- Further helpful knowledge SAP authorizations
- IT processes
- Tools (Aeneis, ARIS, SAP, APM, EAM, GSKC, AHD, AccessIT, MIC)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management as project manager
- Outstanding knowledge of project management processes, methods and tools
- Competent for effective definition and set-up of:
processes and tools for all relevant IT processes to handle the authorizations for the relevant systems (including preapproval, management and control processes)in time for test and roll-out of Project Gates according to the roles and responsibilities relevant for future organization reflecting the future ownership concept of Project Gates
Ensures:
- adequate process design and preparation of tools
- comprehensible documentation (in SOP's, Aeneis, MIC, Gates guidelines and tool documentations)
- effective housekeeping activities in the relevant systems
- early handover of project results to future organization
- Receives project targets and reports to Operating Model Team Lead
- Competent for all project-relevant organizational Change Management activities such as:
Change Management concept definition and alignment within project
ensuring change management concept compliance with global chemical client standards
planning and coordination of implementation of change management activities
coordination project team-specific and project management-specific change management requirements
preparation and conduct of change management meetings and workshops
planning and preparation of change management communication activities and materials
alignment of change management communication with Project Communications
Additional skills:
- Project management certificate (preferably PMI)
- At least 3 years relevant project experience (functional project tasks and support of project management functions or equiv.)
- At least 3 years relevant project experience in a project manager role
- Experienced in projects and with customers within and outside of chemical client group of companies and/or international environment helpful
- proven experience in chemical client projects and chemical client group (please specify in detail)
- recommended technical/functional background: SAP know how (please specify in detail)
Language skill: fluent German speaker with good English experience
Location: Ludwigshafen/Mannheim area
Duration: , extension option, full time, 125 man days
Budget: EUR 90 to 95/hour all in Mannheim/Ludwigshafen
