Support for porting of Image processing algorithms from TI VisionMidEve to TI VisionHigh28

1) Framework for bitexactness tests between target and reference implementations
- definition of a concept for bitexactness tests
- implementation of concept
- integration with simulation environment
- extension to VH28

2) Eval board simulation environment
- porting of simulation environment from VME to VH28
- adaptation to new TI tool versions

3) Simulation adaptors for algorithm components
- define concept for mapping between different algorithm interface versions
- implement mappings from legacy recordings to new algorithm interfaces
- set up of module tests for simulation adaptors

4) Build environment
- implement standardized build environment for algo components
- extension to VH28

5) SW/Algo integration and debugging support

6) Algorithm profiling & optimization for TI DSP and EVE accelerator on ECU and on eval board

Required background :
- proficient in C, C++ programming
- good teamworking abilities
- language skills : good command of german and english
- basic knowledge of image / signal processing
- knowledge of SW integration process
- experience with version management systems
- drivers licence, class C

Desired background :

- embedded experience, ideally with multi-core architectures
- experience with DSP optimization, ideally for TI DSPs and ARM cores
- experience with algorithm optimization for vector engines, ideally for EVE
- experience with embedded operating systems
