Client Portfolio Manager required for a long term contract in Germany, fluency in German and English:
- SMART Client Roll-out for Windows 7 upgrade
- support
- definition of software package basics and information
Role/Task:
- as -is analysis, verification
- support and tracking of user requirements (for applications to be migrated)
- communication with customer, project managers, packeteers and technicians
- analysis of installation by means of MS Access (use of existing tool)
- use of internal tools
- alignment with software product managers (license management)
- research of license purchase proofs throughout the group of companies
- contact to foreign manufacturers and resellers with regard to quotations
and license terms & conditions
Skill:
- very structured and pragmatic work style
- profound experience in license law and license models
- strong commercial background with high IT affinity
- experienced in professional IT purchasing
- very business process oriented, ability to comply with existing processes
- language skill: German, English, both fluent
