Beschreibung
We require a technical support engineer to identify and undertake the technical support requirements for a global secure communication solution. The individual will work with the development team to identify the support requirements for the solution, and create appropriate documentation to enable delivery of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.
The individual will then be responsible for providing support during the pilot phase, as well as training up 1st and 2nd level support teams.
The role also entails supporting the software deployment (set-up and configuration) on UNIX-like systems and creation of Key-Operations documentation.
Additional tasks are to handle the communication to UAT groups, handling of system account/configuration requests and tracking.
Anforderungen
Technical:
Outlook, Windows, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, Java EE, C++, Apache, Web-technologies
Security:
Knowledge or awareness of about S/MIME, PGP and STARTTLS
Experience in or awareness of trust management (certificate authorities, public key infrastructures) would be an advantage
Analysis
Understanding of end-user behaviour
Other
Strong communication skills
Good written and spoken English and German
Experience in writing support documentation
Training of support staff
