Operational and testing on-site support for Junipers Network Products. Required to develop and maintain an expertise on the products deployed within the Customers network. Design validation and verification testing; interoperability testing; software versioning ('bug scrub'), implementation support; operational assistance; trouble-shooting; and knowledge transfer to customer staff.
* This is a one year engagement and location would be mainly Wolfsburg with little travel to other customer sites.
* Technology used by the customer are SRX5800 clusters, EX4200 Switches and Access Points WLA522 and the Engineer needs the appropriate technical skills.
* Tasks are mainly operational support of the small operations team at the customer incl. locating faults, opening tickets, keeping the interface to JTAC, etc.
* Experience with German customers and culture is required, English language is mandatory and German language skills would be great benefit.
