The position:- Plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people
- Utilizes available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement
- Assists higher level project managers in managing project logistics
- Primarily responsible for the logistical success of projects
- Communicates, tracks, and reports progress of the project to the group and team leaders
- Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions
- May interface with department/business to identify and coordinate security projects
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools in relation to tracking progress and reporting project status results
- Must have understanding of pharmaceutical server support model
- Must have experience of working in pharmaceutical companies
- Must understand concerns from Stakeholders
- Must have understanding of GIS proccesses and proceedures as they relate to both operations and projects
- Analyze current Anti-Malware processes at Alcon and IBM and identify gaps / overlaps / concerns / issues
Determine what processes and procedures will be required going forward as the Anti-Malware Service in GIS is upgraded later in
- Ensure that the processes are harmonized for all portions of the GIS Anti-Malware Service and, where possible, update the required documentation as needed to reflect the new processes and procedures
- As needed, align with processes and procedures that may be impacted from other projects such as Security Operations Center (SOC), Catalyst, Gemini, IGM Control Framework, etc
- Determine if further work is needed during the execution work in to enhance / refine processes to ensure that the end to end Anti-Malware service is optimal
