Beschreibung
The client is looking for a Business Analyst and Support Consultant for Gas operations on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Liaise between Gas nominations/dispatch desk, client IT and supplier IT teams
- Understand issues/changes and plan incorporation into target platform, after prioritization discussions with client
- Conduct interviews/workshops with concerned stakeholders
- Create necessary functional specifications for development team
- Pro-actively identify internally/externally driven and advise support work planning accordingly
- Support implementation of specifications
Experience
- Total experience - 10-12 years total work experience
- Role experience - At least 4-5 years experience in European gas markets (nominations, dispatch and scheduling, trading), working as Dev/Tech lead, with additional experience in customer liaison, requirement/issue analysis, offshore/dev team management
- Client experience - Good experience working in European (preferably German speaking) client in Dev/Tech lead role
Business skills you must have:
- Domain - Good ETRM knowledge, with focus on Gas nominations and dispatch, European gas market processes, knowledge of gas market regulations and trends
- IT Delivery management methodologies/practices - Good task planning and management, scope management, issue management, status reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- IT Quality management methodologies/practices - Good experience in defect prevention and causal analysis, code reviews, quality checks areas
Technical skills
- Good .NET or Java development experience
- Good PL/SQL experience
- Good design skills, focusing on modularity, extensibility, scalability
- Ability to understand, adopt and refine client enterprise architectures
- Ability to align business requirements and IT architecture
Must be able to
- Liaise with personnel across multiple geographies
- Good analysis and prioritization skills
- Good conflict management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Qualification
- Degrees
- Needs to be a fluent German speaker
- Trainings - Training undertaken by TSO, or in ETRM, will be an added advantage
- Certifications - Certificate in Business Analysis will be an added advantage
