Data Preparation and Pre-processing Consultant
Key skills:
- Must have extensive knowledge of Stock Exchanges and Derivatives
- Ability to implement/modify scripts in Matlab
- Proficiency in SQL and VBA (Excel & Access)
- Functional understanding of interfaces
- Analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work well within a team
Desirable:
- Good understanding of German
- Strong command of MS Office
- Highly motivated and positively assertive individuals.
About the role of Data Preparation and Pre-processing Consultant:
- Market data collection and cleansing (eg interest rate curves, volatilities etc.)
- Interfaces/Data Source specific requirements on data
- Process design and specification

My client is a global financial services institution based in Frankfurt with offices in various world wide locations. This is great opportunity for an ambitious individual to work with a major financial institution. The initial contract will run for 6 months with possible extensions.
