Aufgaben:
Currently we are seeking a Satellite Test Engineer (m/f).

Your tasks:
+ Lead of a small team of engineers / technicians
+ Work planning, organization and control
+ Test procedure execution on satellite flight hardware within a small test team
+ Functional and reduced performance testing of all satellite subsystems, e.g. Attitude and Orbital Control Subsystem (AOCS), Power Subsystem, Telemetry, Tracking and Command Subsystem and the navigation payload using on-board software
+ End-to-end test of correct AOCS implementation (i.e. "polarity verification")
+ Delegated Quality Assurance tasks like e.g. Key Inspection Points, standard inspections, mating logs, as-runs, procedure variations, Non-Conformance-Reports, Problem Reports

Anforderungen:
Your Qualifications:
+ A degree in electrical engineering, aerospace technology, physics or comparable qualification
+ Experience in the satellite AIT or test field
+ Knowledge of ECSS or DO standards for testing and verification of software and hardware
+ Knowledge about Spacecraft Central Checkout Systems (CCS), preferably running under SCOS 2000 Version 3.1 (TOPE)
+ Experience in functional and performance testing and verification of satellite subsystems and on-board software
+ Fluency in spoken and written English
